From our quote form (/en/quote): your name, company name (optional), phone / WhatsApp number, email (optional), destination country, free-text notes, and the BOM file you upload.
From our contact channels: any personal data you include in emails, WhatsApp messages, or call logs.
From server logs: IP address, user-agent, referrer, and request timing — retained 30 days for security and abuse monitoring.
From cookies and analytics (only after consent): anonymised session data used to understand aggregate usage. See the processor table below.
From customer login (if you create an account): email, a hashed password, and session tokens handled by Google Firebase Authentication.
3. How we use it
We use the data you submit to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations, process orders, issue shipment documentation, and keep you informed about your shipments.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone except the processors listed in section 4, and our customs brokers / shipping partners when required to move your cargo.
Retention: quote enquiries and related files are retained for 24 months after your last interaction. Transactional shipment records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian customs and tax law. Server logs are retained 30 days.

6. Jurisdiction & legal basis

Where you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or other GDPR-equivalent jurisdictions, we process your data on the legal bases of (a) legitimate interest — responding to your sales enquiries; (b) contract — fulfilling orders and shipment documentation; and (c) consent — analytics cookies.
Courts at New Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this policy, subject to any mandatory protections afforded by your local data protection law.
7. Language of this policy
This Privacy Policy is published in multiple languages for convenience. In case of any discrepancy between the translations, the English version shall prevail.
